From Family Farm to Multi-Venue Wedding Destination
Willowshore is the parent company behind Crescent Hill Acres, Fallowield Estate, and Lakeshore Rentals — a restored 1923 barn, a 24-acre countryside estate, and an inhouse décor rental business. Couples were finding the properties separately and never learning the rest existed. We built one site where the whole portfolio sells itself.

From Family Farm to Multi-Venue Destination
We designed a portfolio-first experience: a single brand promise up front, then clear paths into each venue so couples can compare settings, seasons, and capacities without leaving the site. Photography leads — because this is a decision made with the eyes — and every path terminates in the same action: book a tour. Rentals are surfaced as a natural addon rather than a separate business, which is exactly how Willowshore wants couples to encounter it.

A family-owned Ontario farm has grown into a multi-venue portfolio — Crescent Hill Acres (restored barn, 150-guest capacity), Fallowfield Estate (24-acre tented venue), and Lakeshore Rentals (in-house décor). Growth has outpaced the digital storytelling.

Sell a Feeling, Then Make Booking Effortless
Wedding venues are chosen emotionally and booked logistically. The site had to do both — carry the weight of a 1920s barn and rolling Ontario hills in the first three seconds, then answer capacity, seasonality, amenities, and availability without friction. Equally important was cross-selling: a couple booking Crescent Hill Acres should discover Lakeshore Rentals before they hire an outside decorator.
Image-heavy build with aggressive optimization — responsive formats, lazy loading, and compressed galleries — so full-bleed venue photography loads fast on the mobile devices where most couples browse.
Multi-venue content structure with shared components, letting Willowshore add or seasonally update properties like Fallowfield Estate without a rebuild.
Tour booking flow with venue and date selection wired to their scheduling and inquiry pipeline, plus local SEO and event schema for Ontario wedding venue search

Appcues — B2B SaaS
Appcues helped invent the product adoption category in 2013 and has guided billions of in-app experiences for teams at Lyft, Segment, and Plural sight. But the product had grown well past the no-code tour builder people knew it as — into an AI-powered engagement platform spanning in-app, push, and email. The site needed to catch up with what the product had become.

TutorToday — B2C
Parents comparing tutors at midnight don't read, they scan and decide. We made TutorToday's micro-class model instantly clear, put transparent pricing and a free trial where they couldn't be missed, and removed every reason to click away. The website now does the selling before anyone picks up the phone.
